Module(OAUTH2) not found after latest update

I updated my site from RC1 to the latest RC2, and I haven’t been able to access the App Store since.

Any tab I click on with in the App Store goes to the screenshot posted. “MODULE(OAUTH2) WAS NOT FOUND”

Is this a bug within the update or something I can fix on my end? Never saw it before.
