Multi-Categories

I see now, so multi-categories are at a user level and only useable by them. In this case hashtags does the same thing at the end of the day and they remain so will go back to category and hashtags it looks like 😁  Not at all what I thought it was.

When it comes to multi categories, do they delete when someone deletes their account and content or do they stay. I ask because if someone is using a user created category, want to make sure it remains after. I like this feature, because instead of doing category requests people can just make their own which saves time.
