Need some solution here. Need Help!

I like this una platform .

I would like to make a community-based website like Quora.

But before that, I have some questions to ask.

1. how to set up an XML  feature so that I can submit my website in google webmaster?

2. How to speed up my website like Wordpress and other platforms do? Like having plugins or extensions, browser caching etc.

3. How to rewrite the URL for post, title, username. Need the code or suggestion to do that.

4. I know this una platform is awesome . Can anyone give some example website using una platform ?

These are the questions that are bugging me. It will be a great help if anyone answers these.
