New Blocks Shouldn't be auto added

During updates when adding new blocks like "Reports" "Audits" etc please do not add them automatically to all the pages, or menus. Disabling them becomes tiresome like disabling all the covers page by page was. For those that want the extra blocks or menu items they can add them to proper pages manually. Please post a list of the new blocks, menu items, features and show where they're located so people can decide if the want to add them or not.
