Number of views?

Hi, i have 2 questions if anyone can help...

1) I just looked around my profile here at Una and noticed that I can see how many views my post has, be it discussion or profile pic. On my site I can see likes only. How/where do I set it up to show # of views.

2) When I add a picture or anything on my timeline and type something like lets say; " Working with @LeonidS "... Leonid will get an email saying that I have mentioned him but nothing will show up on Leonids timeline. Only on mine. Is that how it is supposed to be or there is some section I can click on to show up on other members timeline? I could bet my life that I've seen module in the store like fb tag or something like that, but cant find it.
