Profile buttons and View Actions not working correctly

LeonidS  Mark Purser   After hours of trying to fix the issue of certain buttons not showing up or being seen by the wrong users would disabling the Persons Module and Re-enabling it put everything in the module back to default settings or would it still delete everything? PBaloo has went over my site and has also agreed that certain buttons are malfunctioning and cannot be fixed via Studio. Can you take a look yourself or help me try and re-store default values for the Persons Module.
