Profile Navigation buttons hard to configure

Im trying to assign Profile navigation buttons in Navigation > Profiles > Profiles Actions. Theres some buttons I want users to see while looking at their own page but not see while looking at others. I see View Actions but how do I make sure that buttons these cant be seen by just everyone? Right now I have to have 3 tabs open with admin user, a created user, and someones elses profile page....just to toggle what buttons who can see and where...
