Profile Stats

Is there a way to have Profile stats only show up when viewing your own page and not on everyone elses? I removed the profile stats block because no matter what page I viewed it would show up and it would seem confusing for visitors to see their stats showing up on other peoples pages. I am pushing my site for more interaction that would force people to eventually visit other peoples pages (MySpace) instead of Facebook interaction wich most people barely visit other peoples pages.
