Profiles Change to Admin

Has anyone had the joy of having a standard membership just show up in an admin profile with out a name in the switch to box? I have had it happen for the second time now. What is strange is that the max number of profiles in studio is 2 and it make the third one. It may be connected with having the standard profile and an admin profile open on different tabs at the same time in Firefox browser.
