Reset UNA/Template

Hello,

Is there a way I can reset the core settings/template on UNA?

I don't know what I have done wrong(working with settings) but posting to timeline for administrator has become glitchy. When using 'post to feed' I can only select share with public - the other options are not there, and when clicking send I get a blank page with {"id":"36"} error message in the top left corner. Each time I post to timeline, the error message will change number. When I refresh the page, the comment appears. The three buttons on the right (Feed - Public - Hot) no longer work for admin.

As a standard user though, there are no problems posting (I can only share to public as well though).

Rather than lose content and subscribers, is it possible to reset the core settings?

Which is the latest themes to purchase for UNA? How do I install the theme?

      It seems some added code generates the Javascript error. Or you have added several blocks with the same forms. Could you plz provide me with your Studio access via Messenger?

        Hi,

        I resolved the problem by updating UNA through the dashboard. I found a previous post on UNA community which explained the process of first installing the developer module then switch "Update channel" from "stable" to "beta" in Developer module settings.

        This allowed the button to show on the dashboard (please be patient when clicking the update button).
