Setting Membership Levels within Organisations

Hello All, 

I am new here and I apologies if the answer is straightforward and obvious to find. 

How can I set Organisations within my platform to have their own membership levels both free and paid?

I have found how to configure these for my platform, is creating Organisations the correct method or is there another?
