ShoutBox
After adding a second shotbox mod and set it visibility for mobile app only I lost my origional shoutbox mod on my homepage. The block is active with permissions for all members. What could have happened.

It might be that your only allowed one.

Both blocks should be available on the page, but one ( created by you) is connected with page URL and another one is original Shoutbox block. So, you will have two different blocks with users and different content.
If you like to show Shoutbox only for mobile devises you should edit Shoutbox's visibility only and to remove your custom block.
