Shoutbox Scroll issues

I'm having issues with the Shoutbox not scrolling down to the latest messages, even if I have read them previously (see video) I see that here on una.io the issue has been fixed. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue on their site?

      This problem has been fixed in the one of the previous updates (12.0.0), please update Messenger up to latest version 12.0.1
