Site Dropdown Navigation Non-Responsive

The hamburger stack is not responsive when I set my Site Navigation setting to Site Dropdown Navigation. I've tried Chrome/Firefox for both Protean & Ocean templates. For my paid Lucid template, the hamburger stack doesn't even display, instead the first 3 navigation links are displayed vertically stacked. Basically Lucid doesn't work at all for Dropdown Navigation setting.

I have the latest UNA 11.0.1, cached everything in the system + browser.

Leonid S the problem is on every platform (desktop browsers and mobile browsers) Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and OS (Mac, Windows, iOS).
