Space still on bottom of chat

When on chat in mobile browser and scrolled to bottom of chat the space isn't there but if you try and swipe up the space appears. This is a problem I guess in the chat templates on all the mixs. Once you get to the bottom of the chat and swipe up; the chat bottom should stay firmly on the bottom of the site and not reveal a space. Will this ever get fixed? Please see attached images.
