Unable to access Font Awesome Pro icons

I am able to use font awesome icons in the permissions for accounts, but it is not pulling font awesome pro icons.  I have FA Pro installed.  For example, I have tried narwal, fa-narwal, far fa-narwal as the icon font name.  Am I missing something?
