Unable To Upgrade Automatically

I click on Update in the Dashboard and got the message like " your site will be updated ...", but the update was never complete hence the new release msg.

Is there a way to fix this or upgrade this manually ?  Thank you.

      Did you see any errors after this procedure? Also did you setup Cron Jobs during the UNA's installation? If you didn't notice any problem parts then provide me please the operator access via Messenger.
