Up speed on Splash page

Who make better Performance at this directions?

Any tricks. For example how i can disable some non important javascript and css and disable hided menu only for Splash.php page?

I can use different design.inc.php with unique light parametrs.

But how?

The score is very vip in nowadays. Thanks.

How to exclude embedly, and use one light compressed css and one light compressed js without menu in background.

Embedly isn't used if you didn't setup the embedly key. The same art with the fontawesome - just enable / uninstall this app.
