Upload manager issues

I am using Wasabi as storage solution, for some reason I am facing hard time in uploading photos and files under folder, just a file upload going well, but if I create a folder and try to upload a file inside folder then its not happening well. Video totally not working. Any one there to provide me support to unblock and help me to launch and I am paid pro user but not able to launch for a while.
