Video Transcoding Fails

After upgrading to UNA 12.1 some of the old video files are not streaming. They used to work fine, but they stopped working now. the new upoloaded video files work ok.

I checked the sys_transcoder_queue table and I see status 'failed' and under the log there is the following error:

una/tmp/20381   -         .mp4: No such file or directory

I also noticed that these old videos are missing from the sys_transcoder_videos_files although the uploaded video files are still in the storage folder. I've even copied the Attachment URL filed (which appears on the page/edit-video) and it works fine if pasted as a url in a new window. it just works as any html5 video.

is there any way to force transcode these files again so that they can appear in the sys_transcoder_videos_files ?

      Try to clear the sys_transcoder_queue table first.

        I cleared the table a few times, but each time I try to open the video, 4 entries get added to the queue and they all fail with the same error. una/tmp/xxxx   -         .mp4: No such file or directory

        any advice on how to enforce transcoding the original files again? they are already on in the storage folder.
