Videos Mod Limited Options that can hurt ROI

I found one more critical item about Videos Mod - If someone pays me to feature his/her youtube video which I've done on my D7, and when I try to add a Videos Block for featured Videos on my front page, the Videos Block will only feature the uploaded videos but NOT the embedded youtube videos. So what do I tell my customer - to upload his Video instead ? and what if the video is 1hr long - doing that for too many customers will bring my server to its knees.. I really hope the embedded Videos can be added to Videos Mod soon.. As you know Photos & Videos are some of the main items that make Social Networking shine, I see no logical reason why it shouldn't be there.. Thx.
