Web-server: Apache rewrite_module - FAIL

Hello;

The following appears in the dashboard but I know in fact rewrite is enabled.  I confirmed it is running.  We are in fact the host so we have control from root.

Web-server: Apache

rewrite_module - FAIL (you will need to install rewrite_module for Apache)

I use it in the .htaccess file already to force https so I know it works.  What do I do?
