When posting a link with an anchor, the hashtag/channel system breaks the link apart.

For example, #bx-page-block-1611" class="bx-link" rel="nofollow">https://www.unacms.com/#bx-page-block-1611

Yes, correct because we use the hashtags as the reserved symbol for the channels. In similar cases, you need to "pack" the URL via the "Insert link" button.
