Wiki database errors

I received another DB error from the Wiki module, which is not installed on my site!

I removed the module months ago and yet there is still something installed as this error I hope points out.

Query:
DELETE FROM `sys_pages_wiki_blocks` WHERE `block_id` IN(174)

Mysql error:
Table 'manofteal.sys_pages_wiki_blocks' doesn't exist

Location:
The error was found in query function in the file /home/manofteal/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolWikiQuery.php at line 160.
