TMD Hosting

I have a dedicated server with una plust jitsi & jot

I have taken another UNA licience installed perfect

but I then asked TMD Hosting to insatll jitsi & jot on the new dedicated server for the new site

So just to re cap I have it running on another with them

This is the response from TMD

Thank you for your patience. After further consulting with out infrastructure team on this,

we want to clarify our support regarding your Jitsi and JOT setup. The installation we previously assisted with was a highly custom setup on your server, which required specific configurations beyond standard installations. Due to the complexity and custom nature of this setup, we are unable to assist with installing or replicating it on a managed server.

If you wish to set this up on another server, it would need to be an unmanaged server, and you would be responsible for handling the installation yourself.

As an exception, we are continuing to provide support for your existing server where this setup is already installed. However, we cannot assist with installing Jitsi and JOT on new servers or re-creating this setup elsewhere.
