You may use one of 2 ways. 1) Enable 2FA in Stuido->Settings->Account area. It will require to have the registered account in twilio.com (see more details here) but you will have a new field automatically. 2) just create a new field via Studio->Forms->System->Account displays according to this manual https://github.com/unaio/una/wiki/Forms-Builder
