I'm getting a lot of titles across site and in studio where it is displayed as such:
_sys_grid_total_count (as an example)

You updated UNA system but you didn't update modules, please go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates and apply all available updates

I went and performed updates. All is good. Except I still have underscore titles hear there, php still has failure, and two modules won't update.
