This is not a solution and not the exit from a situation
Becoming dependent on a third-party resource or site from which constantly pulls the link or api gif files
As for me it is not a solution ...

  Gifs can be uploaded from your computer or phone the same way JPG images can. You don't need to rely on API Gif files or links.
