Can you please specify what kind of notification do you try to get?
For example: if you are waiting for notifications from Messenger you need to be sure that in Studio -> Notifications module you have enabled option to get notification about new messages in Push area. Also you need to be sure that cronjob is working on the server, because cronjob runs the code which is sent push notifications.

Hello, I don't use messenger module, butr for example getting notifications from Conversations or Friends requests...
