Here is the "Configuration info" of Google connect application:

This module can be used to login to this site using your Google account credentials.

To make it work, follow these instructions on how to create Google Project, when creating a project specify the following info:

• Redirect URL: https://[  UNA's site url]/m/googlecon/handle

Then enter generated Client ID & Secret pair in this module settings.

And error which you shown relate to Google Developer part, possible need to correct UIR in Google Project.
