Such functionality isn't supported, to be able to receive newsletters sent from Massmailer user need to registered. Usually registration is performed via join form.

here registration email is used as newsletter email .is it possible to set another mail for newsletter.
The email set as a unique field. If you even add the new email it will require changing the code. It would be easier to register a new account.
