Hello!
We have tested it on IOS and Android and this ability works fine. Can you please specify which OS on your mobile device and it's version? Also do you use mobile app or via browser and if browser then which browser and version do you have? Sorry for many requests.

  Whats weird is they work fine here at UNA.
  The mobile device is a Samsung Not 10+, version is:One UI version 2.5, Android Version 10.
  Browser is Samsung internet browser version 13.0.1.64, which is connecting Via Google browser.
