Thank you for sharing your experience.  This is my initial experience and it is not going so well.  I received the email that my network was ready 3 hours ago and stil do not have access.  The emiail said to give it 10-30 mins.  Also I don't see how to post in create a post in this forum?

I emailed support but am not getting a good feeling.
