Usually, the empty page appears when it contains the PHP notice, warning, error, but the displaying of errors is disabled. Ask your hosting support to enable it and check the result again. Provide us the result if you'll meet smth.
Can you please help with this? itβs happening with all mentions when a mentions tagged. I have done as you asked. See attachmen. I sent an email but no response.
