Issues persist with photos and video modules....the aqb points also has been giving database error messages even before now. See attached

  It looks like you've upgraded UNA system, but modules were not updated, go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates and apply all available updates.

  Have to be careful. I Purchase Professional Plan and it started throught errors on update mods, they were ver 12.0.0 and my una version is 14.04 about a week ago.
