Well, if they insist you may change the value of the BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG constant in the inc/header.inc.php file.
PS Usually, the trouble with TMD was connected with this issue https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/3209 but it was included to the actual UNA version.

  Should it take over two hours for a video convert? That is what has been happening then it finally times out he does not convert.
