yes, the account popup is actually Notifications menu, since after the update notification menu item was moved to the toolbar, it cause that notification badges aren't working in the app, you need to move/copy it back to Notifications menu to make it working in the app

So your saying to (enable) Navigations app > system > items > notifications > then enable Notifications. Then so not to have notifications show twice on the member toolbar also (disable) the item Navigations app > items > system > toolbar member? Then we sould have notifications on site and on mobiles?
