As Alex T⚜️ suggests, we are seeing notifications working with OneSignal on all mobile devices including watches. 

You can find the settings in:

> Studio; Settings; Scroll down to "Push Notifications"

If you are looking for notifications to show up in the "Mobile App" its self, we have never seen that work. 

We do not see notification counts in the mobile app.
