The suspect things which I see on the quick view - this function is called in 49 line, plz compare your BxDolCronAcl.php with the default one https://github.com/unaio/una/blob/master/inc/classes/BxDolCronAcl.php

the files are identical, I'm not sure why this error is happening

Try manually to clear the cache folder as a quick check.
