The error about filemtime stat failure looks like smth is wrong with the permissions And the second error about  function genDbCacheKey() on null dsa looks like the lack of resources. Try to clear all files except the .htaccess in the cache and cache_oublic folders and watch how UNA will work again. If it will not help then try to increase the memory_limit parameter of your PHP.
