The buttons n this area are controlled via the Studio->Navigation->Timeline->Form attachments part. But for audio, you need to purchase/develop the audio app.

  I have the audio app but I have no idea how to navigate to add it next to the photo button

  It will require the code's changes so it is better to ask the vendor about it.
