  there is nothing there but conversation on someone's efforts but nothing to how to fix it?

  It was there https://una.io/page/cmts-view?sys=bx_forum&id=7684&cmt_id=34309 in the Studio->Timleine->Card area and turn on "Enable brief cards " parameter.
