I can't save an injection into header in designer - same issue (save button does nothing). ย Tried changing .htaccess as AlexT suggests, but then get 500 error. What is the fix you refer to with regards to "server's rules don't allow to do it via .htaccess"

It means that it's impossible to change the server settings via the editing of .htaccess file. You need to ask your hosting support.
