If you have similar trouble you need to think about the Cron Jobs firstly. Check to see when your cron job last ran by going into Studio > Dashboard > click the arrow next to Server Tools and click Server Audit. Scroll down until you see the Last cron jobs execution  line. The time there should be not far from the present moment.
