Yes it does add the new TITLE field to "info" block and "delete" poll but what I'm looking to do is to also see this new Title field show on the view poll as a new title field and it is not. How can I get this done? Do I also need to make any other changes? If so can you point me in the right direction?

Below I'll post snippet of "view" poll and you can plainly see that the new "Title" field in missing. Also the new title field is not showing on the test poll posted on the timeline. BTW. After thinking about it I changed the new "Title" field to "Question" as it should be.
