It looks like the new UNA mobile iOS app update fixed this issue.

  I'm using the new mobile app. UNA Version: 12.1.0, Mobile app Ver 1.5. Notifications didn't work at all on mobiles before the UNA update to 12.1.0. After that (even after updating mobile apps to 1.5) worked but not correctly.
