Your snippet above doesn't show any (red numbered) notifications so it's hard to say if they work correctly in your example.

  Sometimes on site buble come without any actions with version 12.1.0. With older version OK. And i reinstall notifications module. Bug present anyway.

  Mine sometimes don’t clear correctly but they are in the right place (for mobile site version) We don’t have mobile apps yet.
