If it's OK for you that all buttons with similar size will have one look then you may change it via the Studio->[Your template name]->Styles->[Your mix] area. Correct the normal or small buttons.

The text can be changed via the Polyglot app. In this block is used the "_bx_acl_txt_upgrade" lang key. About the visibility - you may change the availability of this block for the certain levels via the Pages app.
