Hello John Curtis !
To be sure that the changes of font will not affect the other it would be better to do it via Custom Styles area. Edit the fonts of CSS classes with the words like "cmt" or "cmt-body" in the names.

  For example you may add this one:
  div.cmt-cont .cmt-body {
  font-size: 1rem;
  }
  not it has the 0.875 so the changes will be visible.
