I think the installation is broken. I remember that people often had issues when trying to install Dolphin from Softaculous and I think the same may be true for UNA. I went to the launcher and there was no icon to manage apps. However, the menu link is there; just no icon so I didn't know it was there.

  Click peron icon on top right corner of studio. Manage apps there.

  If you noticed from my screenshot, there is no icon.

  I’d suggest exporting a backup of the site and doing a clean install. You are able to more easily add admins when you install and you might get the missing icon fixed as well.
